Even though I sized up, it did not fit my couch very well and came with a stain

Really great customer service beforehand, where I was able to send a link of the sofa we have and they let me know what size would fit. It took a little while to arrive (no longer than they estimated though!) but it was so worth it, as it looks like a new sofa! Thanks so much.
These covers are FANTASTIC, and the customer service from the seller was OUTSTANDING! We purchased a full couch slip cover along with separate covers for the seat and back cushions from the seller. I exchanged a few messages with Coco and she was always quick to respond, friendly, communicated clearly, and provided excellent guidance to ensure I ordered the right sizes for a perfect fit. Covers were shipped from China and arrived 9 days after I placed the order. The chenille is a beautiful color, high quality, super soft, has a great stretch, and the full couch slipcover included several ties underneath to ensure it remains taught and stays in place. I washed in cold water and hung to dry without any issues or fading. The fabric somehow picks up minimal hair from our long-haired cat! I couldn't be happier. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
